Art Design: The M151A2 comes in a huge window box decorated with the standard OD green riveted metal design. The figure which comes with the vehicle can apparently be dressed in either woodland camouflage or the night camouflage. Mine came with the night camo, but I've seen others with woodland camo.
The Vehicle & Gear: The vehicle itself is about 21 inches long and 12 inches to the top of the starlight scope on the pedestal mounted M60 machine gun. It is OD green that is weathered and dirty looking. The tires are real rubber and a real metal chain wraps around the front bumper.
Storage: Speaking of storage this vehicle has five storage bins for whatever gear you want to add to customize its appearance. As I mentioned above the M151A2 comes with an action figure with either woodland or night camouflage. He also comes with an assault vest. There are no pouches for it, but I'm sure most of you have pouches he can have. The vest is pretty nice; it is fully adjustable with loops for molded type pouches or the standard clip on type pouches.
Overall: This is one of the meanest looking 1/6 scale vehicles I've ever seen. I've had my eye on one of these for a couple of years now and am excited to finally have one. Now comes the fun part. Modifications! As you can see by the photos I've added the 1000 round ammo can and feed system, backup weapons, ammo cans, and other gear. If any of you are wanting one, now is the time to get one. They are getting harder to get and more expensive every day!
The vehicle also comes with two OD green tarps and coils of rope and a fuel can with adjustable strap. It is armed with two M60 machine guns, one stinger missile which is mounted behind the seats and two AT4 anti tank missiles mounted on the hood beside the large storage box.
This vehicle can seat two figures comfortably, but I have a three man team in mine. The third soldier (the machine-gunner) will have to stand for this patrol and man the M60.
Market: Produced in 2001, this vehicle is getting harder and harder to find. I got mine from Tony's Toys for $79.95 plus $25.00 shipping. Tony's Toys is one of only two sellers who I found that carry this vehicle. The other seller wanted $99.00 plus shipping.
