Packaging: Thin window box with the goods up front of the 12" Combat Troopers action figure. The figure and accessories are easy to pull off the vacu-formed plastic  glued onto the cardboard backing.
Headsculpt: Sort of generic looking heads. The kind of action figures that would get lost in a crowd. They sort of have a 1950s comic-book character look to them.
Articulation: These are similar to Classic Collection G.I. Joes, except the bodies have a little less articulation due to the fact that each piece is molded in halves and screwed together with a metal screw. Forget T-Shirts or shorts for display purposes, and if you put these figures in the water; no doubt the screws will oxidize.
Clothing: Similar to early Soldiers of The World. Lots of velcro and thin materials. The only piece I liked was the vest, which looks great if you turn it inside-out and use it as a Viet Nam style Flak Jacket.
Accessories: Tons of guns, grenades, etc. This company uses what I call the recycled-tire rubber which is ultra-soft and does not hold details very well.  Most of the weapons look like little blobs of rubber. The exception is the machine gun with tripod, which is made of plastic, and it looks great!
Price: $4.99 at most Big Lots stores.
Overall: Price point is great. If you can use a few items from the set, it covers the cost.
