G.I. Joe Navy Crash Crew
Graphics: The box looks great, the back of the box has an action scene painted on. A photo of the original 1960s set and the Crash Crew Firetruck would have been a nice plus, but this box is very collectible as is.
Figure/Headsculpt: The head is a red haired pinhead. A bit disappointing that they did not use a newer or different head. This figure is a Classic Collection body style. The molded on silver gloves look great, and I think they are a plus. The gloves are actually two-tone, as the underside of the gloves is a gray color.
Outfit: The new Crash Crew outfit is awesome! It is very well tailored, the outfit fits the figure very realistically. It looks good. Under the silver Fire-fighting outfit the figure wears a flame retardent red jacket with gray trim which has a pocket and looks very nice. Under the jacket, Joe is wearing a long red sweat-shirt which has "Crash & Salvage" stencilled on the front, and that is a very nice touch.  The silver pants are held on by traditional style straps.
Gear: Brings an Oxygen tank with back straps, the face mask, helmet, fire extinguisher, and a large axe. The face mask for the Oxygen tank is really well made! The gear looks credible, and is comparable to anything I have seen.
Where to buy: TARGET has them, Toys R Us in some places has them on sale at $17.88; the online stores have had them also.
Overall: This is perhaps the best set I have ever bought by G.I. Joe.  This one looks special! It is a cut above, and it would not surprise me if someday this is one of the most valuable sets from the Modern G.I. Joe era.
Grade: A+
