Package: carded window figure with some Cobra storyline on the back, and a Cobra Identification Card which you can cut out and save.
Figure: A muscular body GI Joe figure with the Gung Ho hands. This is not the super-articulated body which in my humble opinion seems to flop around like a rag doll. The Muscular Body looks a lot better and it holds a regular pose better.
Headsculpt: At first look, Moray is very cool and looks like a very menacing enemy. The Cobra characters are often more interesting than the good guys! However, I would have liked to have been able to remove the re-breather mask that is on Moray's face. How do the other Cobras communicate with Moray? I think Moray would look good in the blue Cobra Helicopter outfit with the Skydiver Parachute harness and parachute. Then Moray could be a Paratrooper!
Gear: Moray brings some Conan-like arm and leg armor and a chest harness/vest which has various molded-on packs and the M-203 ammo (also molded-on). The Swim Fins are excellent, and the weapon is the Bazooka-missile launcher originally deployed with the Hall of Fame Flint (1993?).
Overall: This is a very nice looking action figure. The concept is exciting, Hasbro always seems to include less, rather than more; but at least they are doing something very different and more creative.
Price: It is $9.99 at most Wal-Marts, K-Marts, and $10.99 at Toys R Us. KB Toys has a boxed version at 9.99. It is also available on e-bay and from internet dealers.
