Art Design: Standard carded G.I. Joe 12" action figure. As is normally the case, the back of the card has the Green Beret figure in a very nice looking "Jungle" diorama.
The Headsculpt: This Joe sort of looks like one of the Pearl Harbor Collection Joes. He has a very noble serious look and wavy brown hair. One of the better G.I. Joe headsculpts. After a few years of constantly issuing the same red-head on most sets, GI Joe has picked up the pace ever since the 2001 Pearl Harbor series was issued. Most of the new sets either have a completely new headsculpt or a previously used headsculpt with some feature changed so that it looks different. The result is that a lot of fresh faces are joining the 12" GI Joe Armed Forces.
The Figure: In this carded set it was a muscular armed Joe with a Gung-Ho grip.
The Outfit: A very nice Jungle Camo outfit. The leaf pattern looks great. GI Joe has really made an outstanding outfit for this Green Beret!
The Gear: An M249 and a web belt with a 1911 pistol and holster and a canteen.
Price and Availability: This is at most retail outlets for the price of $14.96. Toys R Us may have it at 17.99. The KB Toy Outlets has them at $11.99.
