GI Joe Army Ranger Attack Cycle
Art Design: The GI Joe window box is draped in the colors of the Stars and Stripes, and features  excellent artwork. There is a cardboard cut-out of a G.I. Joe figure riding on the actual 1:6 scale motorcycle. It looks tacky compared to the SOTW motorcycle, which sells for $17.99 and it includes an actual 12" action figure dressed in either the Gulf War or Enduring Freedom uniform styles riding on the SOTW version of the Desert Motorcycle.
Motorcycle: This is the same motorcycle which was previously incarnated as the Fast Attack Cycle, and that was a variation of Flint's First Strike Motorcycle. The camo paint job on this cycle uses burnt orange and green swatches over a tan paint base. It looks a bit like a Halloween Camouflage but I am not an expert on Desert Storm, Enduring Freedom, or any other Gulf War type of camouflage patterns. The cycle has a parking brake that holds it up for display purposes. The Motorcycle also has a rifle rack on the front of the handle bars. It is a nice touch.
Gear: The set includes a camouflaged sniper rifle which has a nice cam pattern on it, and a M-203 grenade launcher. Riding the motorcycle in these photos, is a 21st Century Villain figure dressed in an SOTW Enduring Freedom clothing set purchased at Target.
Overall: It is not bad for $14.99 which is the MSRP. The actual retail value of this cycle in my humble opinion would be closer to $9.99-$11.99. On the other hand, the original green First Strike Cycle was priced at $19.99 back in 1993 when it was released, but it included a towing base which attached to the Rhino Jeep (or Action Man Stalker Jeep).
