Art Design: A Very brightly colored window carded set. Excellent graphics on the card.
Headsculpt: This set brings the standard Max Steel headsculpt. Pictured above is a James Dean headsculpt which was sent to Club Hair For GI Joe and received a full flocking. The James Dean headsculpt is not included with the Max Steel set.
The Figure: This Max Steel has a molded on blue diving suit. The figure has the basic articulation which is similar to what would be found on a Classic Collection GI Joe. The neckpost accepts the 12" WWE Wrestling figure heads, pre-1999 Starting Line-Up 12" figure heads, early 1990s Action Man heads, among others.
The Outfit & Gear: Aside from the molded on blue diving suit, the gear is the yellow dive helmet, snare-pole, light-up electric eel, and yellow swim fins. The swim fins are a great substitute for anyone who wants to kitbash a Captain Action Aquaman. The yellow dive helmet is perfect for any fan of the Adventure Team or Jules Verne!. The Electric Eel lights up when the mouth is opened.

Overall: This set is not bad if you like the yellow dive helmet and swim fins.
