Packaging: Carded G.I. Joe on a dark urban background. The back of the card illustrates the figure with the shotgun, handcuffs, and handgun which are included. A brief history of the modern Police Department is given, which seems to ignore the fact that Scotland Yard had started a Police Department at least forty years or more before it happened in New York. As with all vacu-carded figures, in order to display it the card will have to be cut or un-glued.

Outfit & Gear: It is a standard Police blues with the utility belt and a handgun, shotgun and a cap. The only highlight of this set is the handcuffs, which can actually be used to place a perpetrator into custody! The name and badge are silk-screened.
Overall: The 21st Century version is only $9.99 and it brings the same gear except for the handcuffs. The G.I. Joe "Alpha" sets are $14.76 and while the ultra-articulated body is aweseome, the CC version with the muscle arms is also good. This G.I. Joe Police Officer is a nice collectible. It would be better if it included a shotgun too.
