Packaging: This is a carded 12" action figure Mercenary from the America's Finest series of The Villains.
Headsculpt: Ultimate Soldier has created a particularly nasty looking guy with grit teeth framed by a snarling mouth. This face is good for evil characters like Terrorists (see photo).
Articulation: ultra-articulated super soldier, great for swapping heads.
Clothing and Gear: One of the nicest outfits ever made by 21st Century Toys. The cargo pants and jacket have large pockets with flaps that open and hold gear. The boots are detailed, and it brings a web belt and a nice red beret.
Price: Originally it was $9.99 but TRU has reportedly jacked the price up on most of the 21st Century products. Now it is anywhere from $12.99 - $14.99.
Value: The pants and jacket with working cargo pockets are outstanding; especially for kitbashing with Navy Seal or Seal Team gear. The Super Soldier body is another plus, so you can take the ugly head off and exchange it with something better. At $9.99 this was probably the best action figure value around.
